When you use ToastCrafter, we collect information you provide directly, including:

• Your name and email address
• Details about the couple (names, stories, memories) you enter into our form
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate your personalized wedding speech using AI
• Deliver your speech PDF via email
• Process your payment securely through Stripe
• Provide customer support if needed

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your form data is used only to generate your speech and is not retained in our databases beyond what is necessary for delivery. Speech content is generated in real time and delivered immediately. We do not build profiles from your personal data.

Download links expire within 48 hours of generation.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic Claude— AI speech generation. Content you provide is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your speech. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — email delivery of your PDF. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

5. Cookies

ToastCrafter uses minimal cookies necessary for the payment and checkout process. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing support@toastcrafter.com.

7. Children

ToastCrafter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of ToastCrafter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
