By purchasing from ToastCrafter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. The Service

ToastCrafter provides AI-generated personalized wedding speeches and toasts in PDF format. We use Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate speech content based on information you provide.

3. Payment and Pricing

The current price is $39.99 USD per speech. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

4. All Sales Final — Refund Policy

Because our service delivers a digital product immediately upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where:

  • Your speech was not delivered (by email or download) within 24 hours of payment
  • There was a technical error that prevented delivery

If you experience delivery issues, contact support@toastcrafter.com within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property and License

The speech generated for you is licensed to you for personal use. You may use it as your wedding speech, edit it, read it at events, and share it privately.

You may not resell, redistribute, or use generated content for commercial purposes without written permission from ToastCrafter.

6. Your Responsibility for Content

By using ToastCrafter, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have the right to share the stories and details you include in the form
  • You will review and edit your speech before delivery

ToastCrafter is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or any consequences arising from the use of generated speeches.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All speeches are generated by AI. While we aim for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or stylistic choices that do not match your preferences. You should review and edit your speech before delivery. See our Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

ToastCrafter's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
